From the moment it enters the livestock farm until it leaves, each calf is treated with special care to ensure the quality of its meat. As such, each farm is individually monitored by specialised technicians who are responsible for ensuring the production cycle runs smoothly.
The veal industry is organised into 3 stages that work coherently with the same objective: to adapt production techniques and products to meet its customers’ most specific requests.
- The collection of young calves from livestock farms (up to 4,000 calves per week).
- The rearing of veal calves and grain calves by Vitagro
- The slaughter, processing, and distribution by Tradival.
