French lamb, Label Rouge, certified … whether grass or barn reared, lamb is available in a variety of forms.

 

Sheep breeders are organised in a producer’s cooperative which ensures a regular supply to the sector while perpetuating traditional know-how. Thanks to this structure, the sector has been able to initiate and encourage out-of-season production. Today, this allows it to meet its customers’ needs by proposing quality French meat all year round.

The sheep sector also benefits from a modern and efficient slaughtering and cutting tool, especially in terms of cutting quality but also in the reduction of occupational health risks. It offers complete product processing (carcass, boneless lamb, compensated, cuts, pre-packaged trays).

 

These product ranges are adapted to the specificities of the different distribution networks (Medium and large-scale retail, catering…)
