Cattle breeding
Our family farms are located in traditional breeding regions. It is here we have implemented extensive livestock farming. These regions are known for their rich grasslands, a good source of feed for our cattle.
In summer, cattle graze peacefully on the pastures. In winter, they are housed in stables and feed on fodder (dried grasses) primarily harvested on the farm or from surrounding farms. This diet is supplemented by cereals which are generally produced on the farm. Charolais, Limousines, Blondes d’Aquitaine, Montbéliardes, Prim’Holstein… our herds are composed of these famous breeds.

PRODUCTION ORGANISATION
The main advantages that the cooperative provides to its members on a daily basis are related to information on market developments, equity, and transparency. The cooperative’s cattle farmers benefit from regular technical and commercial support.
The aim is to enable breeders to optimise the value of all categories of their cattle production (finished, lean, breeding) by providing access to different profitable and sustainable markets (e.g. quality sectors).
SPECIALISED TECHNICAL SERVICE
Furthermore, each member is offered technical support to assist their production activities in order to improve their technical and financial results. This can take the form of individual support and/or group training based on the topics of food, animal health, animal housing, genetics, etc.
