Pig breeding
A RENOWNED DYNAMIC
The group’s pork activity sector relies on a long-standing partnership with the Cirhyo Cooperative, a Tradival shareholder. With a production of more than 1.3 million pigs, Cirhyo’s significant size now allows it to initiate development plans and ensure its growth for future years. But they have not forgotten the cooperative spirit which remains a fundamental value: an optimal service for each member, in as timely a fashion as possible.

SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION AT THE BEST COST
Established in regions with a low density of pig farms, Cirhyo breeders benefit from the immediate proximity of cereal growing and large spreading areas. In this way, locally-produced cereals feed the pigs whose excrement then fertilises crops in return. This virtuous agronomic circle enables sustainable production at the best cost.
Technology is one of the keys to successful breeding. This is why the cooperative implements specialised resources: a nation-wide team of technicians at the disposition of breeders, a specialised veterinary and sanitary service, a material and equipment service, a supply and raw materials service, and finally a specialised technical service (farm-produced feed, genetics, ultrasound …).
Because the development of future breeding farms is a priority, a responsive development service is offered to all project developers to provide them with the most efficient solutions at the best cost. Global supervision is provided for each project (plans, technical-economic simulation, financing, project management support, technical monitoring …).
The performance of our livestock farms and their close collaboration with production tools, notably for establishing quality activity sectors, contribute to the success of the sector and ensures its outlets.
